Verism is an artistic and literary style that prioritizes realism and truthfulness over idealization.
At Verism Counselling we believe that exploring your true self helps you live a happier authentic life.
Verism was set up by three counsellors, Amy, Francesca and Jonathan to provide counselling and psychotherapy services in Cardiff.
We wanted purpose built counselling rooms in an accessible space with free parking on site. We wanted rooms we were happy to work in and to rent out to other professional counsellors and psychotherapists.
